Facility Fees and Scheduling
Facility Fees
                       Ballroom (2nd Floor)             $1,500.00
                       Downstairs (1st Floor)           $1,200.00
                       Downstairs front rooms          $  400.00
                       Downstairs front & middle      $  800.00
               Entire Facility (both floors)     $2,500.00

The above rates are for use of the facility on the day of your function. You will have access to the building beginning at 9:00AM.  (Special arrangements will be made for morning events.)

These rates are set through 2008 and  include set up according to the agreement and general clean up.  The use of any tables and chairs belonging to Storycook Favorites is also included. 

Scheduling Events & Reserving Dates
Once a client has contacted the BB Club about an event, the date will be held for 14 days.  After that time a $500 deposit must be paid.  This deposit is nonrefundable if the event is cancelled.  The deposit is for one date only and can not be transferred.

An event is not confirmed or a date reserved until STORYCOOK receives the $500 deposit. 

Payment Terms
50% of the contract total fee is due when agreement is signed.  The remainder of the fee is due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
